We had an absolute blast on the duck tour! i didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did, but our driver was hilarious and made everything super easy to follow, even for the kids. The mix of cruising around the city and then suddenly splashing into the water was weirdly exciting in the best way. Yes, it’s definitely a little touristy, but like, the fun kind where you just give in and love it. If it’s your first time in Boston, I’d totally recommend it!

Booked Boston Duck Tours with my mom, who uses a walker, and it went well. I was definitely acting very calm and unbothered about the boarding situation, even though the ramp area was kind of crowded. The staff were really helpful getting her on and stored her walker without making it a big deal, which I appreciated. They didn’t rush us at all, and once we were settled it was a fun, easy ride.

I loved this experience, especially the moment we splashed into the Charles River. It just felt exciting and kind of magical, and seeing the kids laughing made it even better. Our guide was really funny and kept everyone in a good mood the whole time, which made the whole outing feel easy and worth it.

We did the Boston Duck Tour over the weekend, and it was okay. The driver was funny, and I liked that we got to see a decent mix of city spots without having to wander around like confused tourists. Going into the water was definitely the best part for me. That said, it was packed with the usual weekend crowd of loud goobers, and it was hard to hear some of the commentary over all the traffic noise. For the price, I kind of expected a little more time or maybe a couple actual stops. Not terrible, just average overall

Bring extra layers because they were not weather-ready at all. It was really frustrating, and I feel like they should’ve known better and planned for it instead of leaving everyone to deal with the cold on their own.

I had a feeling a Boston tour would be packed with good stories and history, and this one totally proved me right. Our guide knew so much about the city but kept it fun and easy to follow, not like a boring history lecture. The boat part was really cool too and made me feel like I’d picked the right tour. My only small complaint is that I wish it had lasted a bit longer...

We booked Boston Duck Tours mainly because the pickup spot looked easy to get to, that made me feel a lot better about the whole plan. We were staying near the center, so we didn’t have to worry about a long ride or getting lost with confusing directions. The area was convenient too, with places to grab food and some shops nearby while we waited. I do think the signs could be a little clearer, just so you feel more sure you’re in the right place, but we figured it out without too much trouble. Giving it 4 stars because getting there was simple and saved us time, though it was a bit crowded around the pickup area.

Overall, it was a really good family ride. The kids had an absolute blast, which made it worth it, but toward the end the seats started feeling a little too tight, like we were trapped in a very mild family adventure saga.

We checked in really quick with zero confusion, which was such a relief!! The staff told us exactly where to go, the line kept moving fast, and everything just felt simple from the start... Nice way to kick off the tour, honestly!!! Way easier than I expected

We did this with our 6 and 9 year old, and they were glued to it the entire ride. The driver kept cracking little jokes and asking the kids questions, which really helped keep them engaged. Their favorite part by far was when the duck went into the water. It was also a good length, so we didn’t get any complaining from the back seat. Did anyone else’s kids get super excited during the water part too?

I was able to find parking easily, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it made the visit a lot more convenient.

I felt safe the whole ride, which matters most to me. The seats were comfortable enough, not super plush but definitely okay for the trip. It did get a little bumpy in spots, but overall I still enjoyed the ride and would be fine taking it again
